“We consider ourselves very lucky for choosing Gary and team for our mortgage requirements. Our situation was like many other middle class families who barely makes ends meet. We had very low savings and that was a big problem but with Gary’s help we were able to overcome the issue while other brokers completely rejecting possibilities of approval. We got approved and settled within few weeks of application . It was an exciting time for us to get our first home. Definitely recommend Gary and his team.”

“Gary helped us get a loan for our apartment when others couldn’t! The bank originally told us we wouldn’t be able to get enough of a loan, while another mortgage agent tried twice and failed, but Gary got us over the line and arranged our First Home Owners Grant. He also took time to drive out and meet me in person. Definitely recommend contacting him if you’re in the market for a new home.”
